The Grounded Self is a private somatic coaching experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and create lasting calm from the inside out.
Through gentle yet powerful practices of awareness and embodiment, you’ll learn to:

Release tension and emotional stuckness through breath, movement, and sound.

My session with Nancy was really supportive and grounding. I felt safe, seen, and gently guided. Nancy held space beautifully and brought a calm, present energy that allowed me to explore what was arising without feeling rushed or directed. It was a spacious and agenda-less experience, which made it feel truly somatic and intuitive.

Our time together felt gentle. I appreciate the space Nancy held for me to the connection between early childhood experiences and my present -day patterns especially around communicating fear. I particularly valued the moment we revisited the field and fence scene—it was powerful to notice how my body responded and how humor eventually emerged, bringing in lightness and insight.

Going into my first session, I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a little nervous—but it turned out to be a beautiful experience. Nancy holds a deeply loving, grounded, and nonjudgmental space. It felt so safe and nurturing that my body and mind almost didn’t know how to receive it!
