BREATHE TO RECONNECT

A 1:1 Guided Breathwork Session for Release and Regulation

When your body feels tight, your mind won’t slow down, and everything feels a bit too much —
this session offers a gentle way back into calm — not by forcing the breath, but by listening to it.

When life feels heavy, breath is often the first thing to change.
Shallow. Held. Rushed.
You may feel tense, overwhelmed, or emotionally full — without knowing exactly why.
This session offers a way to meet yourself through the breath.

Imagine this…
Your breath slows
Your chest softens.
Energy begins to move instead of staying stuck.
You don’t have to talk much.
You don’t have to explain anything.
You simply breathe — and your body responds.

This isn’t about pushing the breath.
This is gentle, guided breathwork designed to support regulation, release, and reconnection —
so you can return to your day with more steadiness and ease.
You remain in control at all times.
We follow what feels safe.

What This Session Is

Breathe to Reconnect is a 60-minute private guided breathwork session designed to support
nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with your body —
so you can feel more settled, clear, and present afterward, not just during the session.

Rather than forcing the breath or pushing for catharsis, we work gently and responsively —
allowing your breath and body to guide the pace and depth of the experience.
You remain in control at all times, with space to return to your natural breath whenever needed.

This session weaves together:

guided breath patterns to support regulation and release

moments of rest and integration between active breathing

grounding and orienting practices to support safety

spacious cueing that invites curiosity, presence, and trust

We follow what your body is ready for in the moment.
Sometimes that means softening and settling.
Sometimes it means movement, emotion, or insight.
Always, it means respect for your pace.

There is nothing to perform and nothing to “get right.”

The breath becomes a bridge back to yourself — and back into your life with more ease and steadiness.

What you’ll Experience

This experience is not linear, and it’s not the same every time.
What unfolds depends on your body, your breath, and what feels safe to meet in the moment.

You may notice:

your breath gradually slowing or deepening without effort

moments of rest woven naturally between active breathing

sensations moving through the body — warmth, tingling, softness, release

emotions surfacing gently, without needing to be explained

a sense of grounding and presence returning as the session unfolds

space between thoughts, or relief from mental noise

a feeling of being supported, held, and respected in your pace

After the session, some people feel lighter.
Some feel calmer and more settled.
Others feel more connected to themselves, even if words are hard to find.

You may also observe, over time:

A calmer, quieter nervous system

Emotional release without overwhelm

Greater trust in letting your body lead

There is no “right” experience to have. We listen to what your body responds to — and allow that to be enough.

These reflections come from breathwork sessions during my facilitator practicum and early offerings.

The breath choreography allowed me to return to normal breathing between the active parts,
which helped me really connect to my body and how it was feeling.
The pace was perfect — it helped me let go of how it was ‘supposed’ to happen and just be present.”

“Your cueing was exactly what I needed,
and your calming presence made me feel deeply respected in my pace.
I felt safe to feel, and safe to be me. Thank you for your loving presence.”

“The tempo of your cueing was just perfect — enough time to feel my body and heart,
but not so much that my mind took over.
I felt supported the entire time and would love to breathe with you again.”

“I felt very supported throughout the session. Even though my mind wandered at times,
I left feeling calmer, quieter, and more confident that I could return to my breath on my own.”
