What This Session Is
From Chaos to Calm is a 90-minute private, integrative coaching session designed to help you settle your nervous system,

reconnect with your body, and gain practical clarity — gently and without pressure — so insight turns into real-life movement.

This session blends body-based regulation with practical clarity.

Together, we draw from a range of tools depending on what your nervous system needs in the moment:

Somatic awareness — noticing where stress and activation live in your body

Gentle grounding practices — which may include breath, orienting, or other regulation tools

ADHD-informed coaching — working with your wiring, not against it

Integration and reflection — so insight becomes something you can live with, not just think about

Rather than trying to “fix” anything, we listen to what your system is communicating — and work from there.
You’ll leave with:

a felt sense of grounding

A clearer understanding of what’s actually driving the overwhelm

A few small, supportive next steps that fit your body, energy, and real life

For many people, this session becomes the foundation for deeper work.
If it feels supportive, we can continue building regulation, capacity, and embodied decision-making over a short series of sessions.

Using somatic tools, you’ll support your nervous system in shifting from anxious to anchored.

Plan & Integrate

Together, we’ll identify 2–3 supportive next steps to create calm and momentum in daily life.

From Chaos to Calm is a nervous system–centered coaching session that blends somatic awareness, breathwork, and ADHD-informed support.

This work is not therapy and does not replace mental health or medical care.

It is best suited for people who feel resourced enough to pause, notice their internal experience, and work gently with their nervous system.

If you are currently experiencing acute mental health distress, active psychosis, or are not feeling safe enough to stay present in your body,

this may not be the right container at this time.
